After-Sales Service

1. After the product is shipped, we will assign a dedicated person to the customer's delivery site to check and hand over the goods.

2. We provide free on-site debugging services for all products sold.

3. We offer free guidance for the installation of all products sold.

4. Our company has a high-quality after-sales service team composed mainly of technical personnel. Upon receiving the customer's service information or feedback, we will respond and handle it to the customer's satisfaction in the shortest possible time.

5. We implement a "three guarantees" service policy for all products: if there are quality issues due to our company, we guarantee to take back, exchange, and repair the products.


TECHNICAL SERVICE

Our company is responsible for training users on system development, daily use, and maintenance, ensuring that they understand the working principles, operating procedures, and methods of maintenance and care. The specific training content is as follows:

1. System Development Training

We will conduct system development training for the customer's personnel and relevant personnel from the user's system units. This training aims to familiarize them with the construction content and significance of the project, and to make the working group understand the preliminary design ideas and corresponding development technologies, facilitating cooperation between both parties.

2. User Training

Our company will provide a one-week training session for users to ensure that they master the functions and usage methods of the equipment.

3. System Maintenance Training

Detailed training will be provided on all products and system implementation plans related to the equipment, including the overall equipment architecture, daily operation, operation, and maintenance, to ensure that user personnel understand the maintenance methods of the equipment.

 

Rigorpower can provide targeted and customized technical training programs for a wide range of customers and partners, assisting them in easily mastering product operation skills and leveraging product application capabilities! The training services provided by our company are single-time services. If customers require additional training from our company, we will charge additional training fees based on specific circumstances.
