Rigorpower based on years of R&D accumulation in hydrogen energy testing equipment technology and cooperation experience with several national testing centers in China, has built a testing service platform for the entire hydrogen energy industry chain. The testing center has established a unique testing and evaluation system and testing methods for Rigorpower based on national and industry testing standards, all using self-developed testing equipment, which can provide more scientific and efficient testing services. The testing center can meet the needs of various conventional and customized testing requirements for fuel cell stacks, systems, BOP components, and electrolysis water, and the cooperation mode is more flexible, providing customers with more comprehensive testing services.
For fuel cell single cells, short stacks, and long stacks used in drones, vehicles, ships, and power generation with power ranging from 100W to 400kW, performance, durability, environmental adaptability, safety, and vibration tests are conducted. Equipped with test benches and environmental chambers, it can provide strong protection for detecting performance, optimizing design, improving the service life and durability of the stack, and reducing the overall cost of the stack during the fuel cell development stage.
For fuel cell accessories, fuel cell systems, fuel cell powertrains, and fuel cell vehicle power systems used in drones, vehicles, ships, and power generation with power ranging from 5kW to 500kW, performance, durability, environmental adaptability, safety, and NVH tests are conducted. It can carry out tests from the whole process of development, equipped with high-precision hydrogen consumption meters and mass spectrometers, capable of analyzing hydrogen consumption and gas components.
For air subsystems, air compressors, humidifiers, hydrogen subsystems, hydrogen recirculation pumps, ejectors, and heat exchange systems with power ranging from 10kW to 500kW, performance, reliability, durability, working condition simulation, and gas tightness tests are conducted.
For ALK\PEM\SOEC\AEM electrolyzers, systems, and BOP components with power ranging from watts to megawatts, performance, durability, and power consumption tests are conducted. The electrolyzer test includes tests on its voltage balance, energy balance, magnetic field, flow field, electrolyte system, cell control system, current efficiency, PFC emissions, hydrogen production, current density, low-load stable operation, adjustment rate, and hydrogen content in oxygen.
Rigorpower Testing Center can cooperate with hydrogen energy companies, scientific research institutes, and universities to give full play to their respective advantages, carry out joint development or contracted development of hydrogen energy products, and share research and development results, thereby improving R&D efficiency, reducing R&D investment, and jointly promoting breakthroughs in hydrogen energy technology.
