Product Features


The fuel cell engine testing system is a testing system designed by Dalian Rigor New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. for hydrogen-air PEM fuel cell engines. A single testing system covers the performance evaluation of fuel cell engine systems with a rated power of 60-500kW, and two systems in parallel cover the performance evaluation of fuel cell engine systems with a rated power of 120kW-1MW. This testing system has been improved and optimized based on the original product, forming a standardized product. By carefully selecting hardware and optimizing software algorithms, it ensures measurement accuracy and stability, with precisely controllable operating conditions. Through standardizing the application of hardware, adding safety-assured hardware, and implementing multiple safety designs in the software, the platform's reliability and safety have been enhanced. The platform features a powerful human-machine interface with various operation modes and control methods for users to choose from, enabling continuous unmanned fully automatic operation for multiple days. The status and parameters of the fuel cell system can be adjusted and monitored online, and all monitoring data can be stored in real time.

Regenerative Electronic Load

(Full power range energy feedback)

(2) Power grid adaptability: Equipped with comprehensive power grid protection functions (such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, etc.), grid-connected power loss distortion (THD) <3%;

(3) Electronic load input voltage range: 50-800/1000V DC;

(4) Electronic load input current range: 0-1000/1200A; (Voltage and current can be adjusted according to customer requirements).

High-voltage Auxiliary Power Supply

(1) Voltage: 800V or 1000V is optional;

(2) Current: 100A, 150A, 200A, 250A, 300A, etc., are optional.

Low-voltage Power Supply

12V, 24V, 48V, or 0-60V is optional; Power >10kW.

Entire System

Note: The above-mentioned power for a single system testing platform can be tested with two systems in parallel, and the rated power after parallel operation is double that of a single system's rated power.


Application Case
