Product Features


SOEC epresent a high-temperature water electrolysis technology for hydrogen production. The working principle involves utilizing the ionic conductivity of solid oxide electrolytes at elevated temperatures to split water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen through electrolysis. Compared to traditional water electrolysis technologies, SOEC offers higher energy efficiency and lower electrical consumption. Moreover, the SOEC technology can also harness low-grade heat sources such as industrial waste heat, thereby further improving energy utilization efficiency.

Low Energy Consumption: The system efficiency (LHV H2 to AC) of SOEC can reach up to 85%.

Reversibility: SOEC can flexibly switch between electrolyzer and fuel cell (SOFC) modes.

Wide Range of Fuels: SOEC can be applied for carbon dioxide electrolysis recovery and can also use natural gas or non-high-purity hydrogen.

High Thermal Value: The electrolysis temperature is between 600~800℃, which has great value for thermal energy utilization.
