Fuel Cell Leak Detection Testing Platform is a testing platform designed for the gas tightness of the stack in the fuel cell system, suitable for the gas tightness evaluation of hydrogen-air/hydrogen-oxygen fuel cell single cells and stacks with a power range of 0W to 500kW. The main application field is fuel cell performance research. It is used in conjunction with press equipment for fuel cell production lines and can provide customized solutions according to specific customer requirements.


Main Functions

Product Features

Test the overall external leakage of the cell stack.

 Leak detection gas can be selected (air, hydrogen, nitrogen).

Test the external leakage of the air path in the cell stack.

 Leak detection pressure can be set.

Test the external leakage of the hydrogen path in the cell stack.

Leak detection flow range: 0.05 to 1000 cc/min.

Test the internal leakage between the air path and the hydrogen path.

Steady-state time can be set.

 Test the internal leakage between the air path and the cooling circuit.

Equipment operation is automatic.

Test the internal leakage between the hydrogen path and the cooling circuit.

The automatic operation time for the entire leak detection process is less than 2 minutes.


For different models of cell stacks, the minimum leak quantity can be calibrated to determine if it is qualified.


 Capable of recording and storing cell stack leak quantity and pressure parameters.
